How our cards and bay maps work on the floor
Crew leads, supervisors and apprentices use our printed resources daily, at the bench, the ScrapRack, or the grinding deck. These cards cover bay layouts, clamp torque, remnant tagging, earth return logs, spark skirt SOPs, and more. Each printout is made for hands-on reference where work happens, not for a noticeboard that gathers dust.
You’ll find shift logs for earth return clamp points, checklist tags for PPE stocks, and barcode-ready jig recipe cards for tracking trailer or gate work. Fill-ins are quick: tick, note, or scan as the job moves. These records help with toolbox talks, apprentice training, and OHS Act documentation.

Getting and using our printable resources
Request the latest version of any shopfloor card or SOP through our contact form. Tell us what you need, bay maps for new layouts, habit cards for TVET groups, or checklists for OHS record keeping. Each PDF prints in A4 or A3, ready for lamination or a clipboard.
FabMaster cards are built around real shop routines and legal requirements. For welding and flame cutting, General Safety Regulation 9 of the OHS Act requires clear instructions, safe work zones, and PPE reminders, all covered by our resources. Used properly, these printouts help keep records tidy for audits and toolbox talks.
