We collect this information so we can respond clearly, prepare quotes, arrange gear delivery or set up site visits. We only ask for what is needed to help with your request, not for marketing or mailing lists.

How we use and share your details
Your information is used only to answer your enquiry, organise workshops, quote on gear or schedule delivery. The information stays with our team at Astros Marketing (Pty) Ltd, 2 Makro Place, Sunnyrock, Germiston 1401.
We may share your delivery address and contact details with our trusted courier or installer partners, but only if needed for your order or site visit. We do not send your details to anyone else for marketing, research or any unrelated use.
How long we keep your correspondence
We keep your messages and attachments only as long as needed to answer your questions, arrange a quote, or follow up with you about your fabrication bay or training order.
If you do not continue with your enquiry, your records are removed from our systems after a reasonable period. If you place an order, we keep relevant details for warranty or Consumer Protection Act purposes, and to meet accounting requirements.
Your rights and how to contact us
You have the right to ask what information we hold about you, to correct or update your details, or to request deletion. You may also object to us using your details or complain to the Information Regulator if you believe your privacy has not been respected.
