People on the floor

Meet the team who keep the wheels turning at FabMaster Workshop, from our Sunnyrock floor to the regional showrooms across South Africa.

Hands-on leads for every fab floor task

Ms Thandi Nkosi runs the Sunnyrock floor and keeps every bay in line, from equipment setup to workflow discipline. You will usually find her sorting shift queues, checking bay tags and lifting the energy on busy days.

Mr Johan Botha sets up all our fixtures, test jigs and ClampRail layouts. He writes the standard recipes for dog grids, angle blocks and earth points, and checks every new JigKit before it goes out.

Mr Pieter van Wyk is in charge of metrology and measuring. He maintains all our squares, callipers and weld gauges, logs pre-weld checks, and helps train teams in accurate layout and inspection.

Safety, training and customer visits covered

Mr Sipho Dlamini leads training on the floor, sets up TrainBay Starter zones for apprentice welders, and helps TVET colleges match layouts to the IIW International Welder programme. He checks that shift habits and discipline cards are followed every day.

Ms Aisha Moodley manages safety, PPE stations and spark-risk areas. She maintains visor racks, glove stocks and ISO-style safety signage, and tracks compliance with the Occupational Health and Safety Act across all bays.

Ms Lerato Molefe handles showrooms and demo appointments at each regional centre. She arranges bay visits, hands-on gear trials and walk-throughs for teams from Gauteng to the coast.

If you want to speak to anyone in the team, just send us a message through our contact form and ask for them by name. We’ll make sure the right person gets your query.
