How FabMaster Workshop support works
Our support covers gear orders, spares, bay setup, warranty claims, returns, and booking training days. Start with our FAQ for common workshop questions on welding, grinding, safe layout and gear fitment. For orders and lead times, we guide you on placing workshop gear or training slot bookings and explain what to expect for your bay location.
If you need spares, we keep jaw sets, grid inserts, spark skirts and PPE items ready. For returns, bring unused fixtures in original crates, Consumer Protection Act rules apply. Warranty covers BenchMaster Pro benches, ClampRail, JigKit, TorchBay stations and related fixtures used as intended, subject to workshop care and proper bay setup.
Training days are booked for our TrainBay, demo bays or your floor by arrangement. We run practical safety and welding training in line with General Safety Regulation 9 and can advise on SAIW welder qualification routes if needed.

What to include in your support message
When you send us a message through our contact form, give your bay location, gear family or fixture name, and a clear description of the issue or request. Photos of the setup, damage or part are useful, show the serial number if possible, or the affected area.
For spares, list the sizes and quantities (for example: 18 mm soft jaws, 6 mm dog grid inserts). For returns or warranty, tell us what changed, when it started, and how it affects your workflow. Check first that all cables, clamping points, and PPE are clean, undamaged and suited to the job. With grinders or cutters, confirm that the disc matches the rating and guard is fitted.
