Returns
We handle returns and warranty cases practically, with clear steps and respect for everyone’s time. Our team helps you sort unused gear, not used or marked items.
Common returns and warranty questions
Returns at FabMaster Workshop mostly cover unused fixtures or gear, still sealed in the original crate. Once it leaves the packaging or shows signs of use, we cannot take it back. This avoids mixing used or altered items with new stock in working yards.
If there is a fault or quality concern, the Consumer Protection Act covers your rights on returns, exchanges, and warranty checks. Our warranty applies to manufacturing faults and defects, not to damage from use, site modifications, or incorrect setup. For training or PPE returns, supervision under the OHS Act and proper records are necessary.

What to send us so we can help
Clear details help us give you a practical answer. Always use our contact form to start the return or warranty process. This protects your personal information under POPIA and lets us track the issue.
Include these key points so we can assist without delays.
- Item name and gear family (for example, BenchMaster Pro or JigKit Modular)
- Purchase or delivery reference number
- Photo of the item in its crate, showing sealed condition
- Reason for the return or warranty check
- Your preferred collection address and contact number
What happens after you send us a message
Our team will check the information and let you know what steps follow for inspection or safe transport. Sometimes we may ask for more photos or details if the situation is unclear.
If the return fits our policy and the item is unused, we’ll arrange collection or an inspection date. For warranty checks, we may test or assess the item before confirming the outcome. Used, marked, or altered gear is not returnable, but we can help with advice if you are unsure how to proceed.
