Orders & lead times
We match every order to your workshop’s job queue, floor layout and real South African conditions. Planning gear orders properly helps you keep fabrication bays productive, safe and compliant.
Common questions about gear orders and planning
Do you need to send floor measurements, a bay photo or job specs when ordering? For most orders, yes. This helps us check that your new BenchMaster Pro, ClampRail System or layout tables fit your space and workflow. Let us know your crew size, power supply (including any frequent outages) and typical job mix. We’ll flag any layout or safety issues early.
How do returns and warranty work? All gear is covered under the Consumer Protection Act for returns and defects. Keep gear labels and your delivery paperwork. If you have a problem, describe the issue and how it affects your work. We’ll assess the condition and organise exchange or repair where needed.
Can you request on-site training? Yes, we run hands-on training for safe welding and fabrication under General Safety Regulation 9 of the Occupational Health and Safety Act. Supervision is required for all trainees. You can book starter training with or after your main order.

Information we need to match gear to your floor
To help us set up your order for your workshop, send us details on your bays and crew. This keeps your workflow smooth and compliant, and avoids wrong size fixtures or missing kit.
Use our contact form to send a message. Attach clear floor measurements or a bay photo if you have one. Tell us your usual jobs, material sizes, any special safety or storage needs, and if there are new trainees or apprentices on your team.
- Workshop or training bay measurements
- Photo of your fab floor or cutting area
- Gear you need and main job types
- Crew size and skill mix
- Any site hazards, storage or power issues
What happens after you send us a message
Once we have your order details, our team checks your bay requirements and matches gear from our BenchMaster Pro, ClampRail, TorchBay and other lines. We might phone you to confirm job specs or clarify the floor plan, especially where new fixtures or safety upgrades are needed.
You will receive a clear quote and an outline of the planned bay layout or kit list. Once you confirm, we organise delivery right across South Africa. For training, we agree on a supervised schedule that meets the OHS Act and your shift pattern. Returns or exchanges are sorted under the Consumer Protection Act.
